Everyone Stronger is the iOS app that answers it — coach-built sessions, a weight engine that adapts to every lift you log, and step-by-step guidance designed for one sweaty hand between sets.

IRONPARK's research kept surfacing the same person: motivated, paying for a membership, and quietly overwhelmed. Hundreds of exercises, no plan, no idea how much weight to load, and a creeping sense that everyone else in the room had a script they'd never been handed. Most fitness apps made that worse — more choices, more logging, more decisions at the exact moment decision-fatigue is highest.
The brief was deceptively small: get someone from "I walked in" to "first set started" in under three taps, then hold their hand through every rep, set, and swap without ever feeling like a spreadsheet. It had to work for a nervous beginner and a returning lifter — on a phone, one-handed, mid-set, with chalk on the screen.
