— 01 / OVERVIEW

IRONPARK set out to fix the most common reason people quit the gym: standing on the floor with no idea what to do next. Everyone Stronger is the iOS app that answers it — coach-built sessions, a weight engine that adapts to every lift you log, and step-by-step guidance designed for one sweaty hand between sets.

— 02 / THE BRIEF

Most gym apps hand you a library and ask you to be your own coach.

IRONPARK's research kept surfacing the same person: motivated, paying for a membership, and quietly overwhelmed. Hundreds of exercises, no plan, no idea how much weight to load, and a creeping sense that everyone else in the room had a script they'd never been handed. Most fitness apps made that worse — more choices, more logging, more decisions at the exact moment decision-fatigue is highest.

The brief was deceptively small: get someone from "I walked in" to "first set started" in under three taps, then hold their hand through every rep, set, and swap without ever feeling like a spreadsheet. It had to work for a nervous beginner and a returning lifter — on a phone, one-handed, mid-set, with chalk on the screen.

— 03 / APPROACH

Four moves that
mattered more than the tech.

01

Start at the scariest moment

We prototyped the walk-in first — the three taps from opening the app to a started set. If that moment didn't feel calm and certain, nothing downstream mattered. Everything else was built outward from it.

02

Make the weight trustworthy

A recommendation you don't believe is worse than none. The adaptive engine adjusts each lift from what you logged last time, the coaches' programming rules, and how the last set actually felt — and shows its reasoning.

03

Design for a sweaty hand

Big tap targets, one-handed reach, swipe-to-swap, and a rest timer you can read across the room. Every interaction was tested mid-set, on a real gym floor, not a quiet desk.

04

Earn the subscription

Seven full sessions free, no card, no countdown. IRONPARK+ unlocks only once the app has already proven it can coach you — so the paywall feels like a yes, not a wall.

— 04 / WHAT WE BUILT

Six surfaces,
one coach in your pocket.

FEAT.01

Quick Start

Open to a started set in three taps. Today's coach-built session is ready the moment you walk in — no setup, no blank screen.

FEAT.02

Step-by-step guidance

One screen per set. Target reps, weight, and rest, with the next move always visible so you're never guessing what's coming.

FEAT.03

Adaptive weight

Every recommendation adjusts from your logged lifts and how the last set felt. Progressive overload without the spreadsheet math.

FEAT.04

Swap in a swipe

Machine taken? Swipe for two coach-approved alternatives that hit the same muscles — the plan flexes to the room you're in.

FEAT.05

Technique videos

Short, on-screen-cued clips for every movement. Built for beginners who want to get the form right before they load the bar.

FEAT.06

Progress tracking

Reps, weight, and personal records logged as you go. The history feeds the engine and shows the line going up.

IRONPARK is the first build where members told us the app felt like a coach, not a spreadsheet. People who'd quit the gym twice are still logging sessions six months later.
